Nestled just off Street Road in Feasterville, Gusto is a must-visit for anyone craving fresh, authentic Italian cuisine. Blink, and you might miss it—but once you find this cozy dining room, your car will be on autopilot for return visits.
The menu at Gusto is a culinary journey through Italy, featuring a rotating selection of antipasti, house-made pastas, and expertly prepared seafood and meat dishes. Each plate is crafted with care, showcasing both traditional flavors and creative twists that make every bite memorable.
On my recent visit, we started with a spectacular charcuterie board—or as the Italians call it, a Tagliere di Salumi e Formaggi—featuring an unforgettable, table-smoked mozzarella that was as visually impressive as it was delicious. The Prosciutto Carpaccio with Pears was another standout, perfectly complemented by the warm, crusty bread served at the table.
For pasta, I indulged in the Trofie alla Carecarata, a beautifully balanced dish with crumbled sausage and Calabrian chilis, packing just the right amount of heat. The meal culminated with a perfectly cooked Branzino, a delicate and flavorful Mediterranean sea bass that left me both satisfied and eager to return.
One of the best aspects of Gusto is the thoughtful pacing of each course. There’s no rush, no overwhelming parade of dishes—just a well-orchestrated dining experience that allows each plate to shine. Plus, as a BYOB, you can bring your favorite Italian reds and crisp whites to pair with your meal, elevating the experience even further.
Whether you’re a longtime lover of Italian food or simply looking for an intimate, top-tier meal in Bucks County, Gusto is a destination worth discovering. Don’t just take my word for it—visit and taste for yourself!
